  • How to use the Price Checker?

    We have equipped every store with price checker. If you have any question about the price of the product or want to get more information about it, you are welcome to use the price checker.
    Step 1: Choose the product you want to check
    Step 2: Place the product barcode on the scanner
    Step 3: Read the information show on the screen

  • I buy a product from MINISO, but I don't need it any more. Can I have a refund?

    We have a 7 days change of mind refunds and exchanges policy. As long as the following requirements are met you can receive a refund:
    You return to an MINISO store within 7 days of your purchase
    The product(s) are in the same condition they were purchased in at the time
    You have your receipt or proof of purchase
    All the tags and packaging are returned in good condition with the product.

  • What is MINISO's refund and exchange policy?

    We offer a refund or exchange up to 7 days after the purchase date subject to certain requirements.
    However, we do not offer refund or exchange for certain items. These include:
    Textile items such socks, vest and sweaters
    Cosmetic and skin care products
    Feminine care
    Battery
    Products must be returned or exchanged in original condition and packing as purchase.
